What a brilliant stay! The shower was just lush, proper refreshing after a day out. Breakfast at Straits Kitchen had so many canny options. But, check-in was a bit of a faff, howay, it could be smoother! we had a belting time, like.

The hotel's fitness center is well-equipped, boasting a variety of machines, and even has a change room with both hot and cool pools, steam room, and sauna, making it a solid option for anyone looking to unwind post-workout.

Wi-Fi can be painfully slow, which can be a hassle for those trying to stay connected. We requested a late checkout but found no flexibility. given a four-day stay with multiple rooms, a simple courtesy would have been appreciated. the lack of communication around the Wi-Fi password during check-in was a slight misstep. The room allocated to me was lacking a bathtub, which was a disappointment since I had brought bath bombs.

I had an amazing 3-night stay in a King Room with my family. The bunk by the window made it incredibly cozy for the kids, while the main bed offered luxurious comfort. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast spread. the array of options was almost perfect for our tastes. The staff went above and beyond, especially Mike, who surprised us with delicious jemput-jemput at tea time, making our dining experience even more special.

our stay at grand hyatt was amazing! special shoutout to jeff, the assistant manager, who really made our experience exceptional. the outdoor pool was fantastic for the kids, and we loved our spacious king room with a great city view. plus, the spa treatments were delightful!

The bustling atmosphere outside the hotel was paired with a sense of tranquility inside. the check-in process could be streamlined, and obtaining room upgrades was a challenge, which slightly diminished the experience.

It was just a perfect match for a getaway in Singapore with reasonable value. I loved that the staff in the elevators were always friendly and greeting me. Check your room for any updates in amenities before your stay.

All staff were exceptional especially Jeff the assistant manager who went above and beyond for our stay. Breakfast was a standout with plenty of options and the fitness center was solid too with friendly service from Joey.
